BATTERY SIDE COVER
The
side battery cover is one of the parts we receive the most calls about...Some no
longer offered by Honda, it has
become one of the hardest used parts to find.
Honda probably never thought the part would just fly off while
riding down the road and as one fellow put it “the bastard never even
tried to slow down before he ran it over”…need we say more?
If we purchased 10 Goldwing's in a month we might get lucky and get 1 or
2 side covers.
While the price for some of the covers seems high, consider this...you
find a cover that is not your color, for $150.00. You bring it to
the local paint shop to get it painted. Chances are, you will pay from
$100.00 to $200.00 for this service, as any good paint shop knows that
this little cover is not simple, nor easy to paint. Worst of all the
final colors may not even match your bike...if we have your color it's
while worth the price.
We have posted all the side covers we have in stock...if you do not see
your color, then we do not have it.
As soon as we get a new bike in and it has a battery side cover we
add the cover to our parts inventory.
Make sure to check this page at least once a month to see if we get your
color in.
