PARTS GUARANTEE
We sell used parts,
used parts means used not new...Some parts are not perfect because they are 25
(+/-) years old and used.
We always make the effort to send extra photos if needed before you make your
purchase.
We do not and will not take parts back that you think are ugly or the wrong
color if you failed to ask for extra photos.
All used
parts are inspected and tested to make sure they are in good working order
before being removed from the bikes.
1) All parts are sold as-is
(except electrical parts) which have a 7-day inspection period. If the part we
send you fails within that time you must notify us for a
return authorization number. You then can return the part for a full refund less
the shipping charges paid. Once we issue a return authorization number you must
return the part within 7 days. We also reserve the right to replace the part, if
we choose to do so.
2) All used electrical
parts are sold as-is but come with a 3-day inspection period. Once you
receive the part you must install it within that time. If you the part fails, we
reserve the right to send you a new part or have you return the part to us.
Before returning any part, we will issue you a return
authorization number. The part must be returned within 7 days. Our electrical
parts have been tested and come from good running bikes. Our electrical parts
are not to TEST what is wrong with your bike...you will not get any
refund.
3)
New aftermarket parts, have 14-day Guarantee, but have to be return in the original
package. If we can not sell it new again there is a 20% restocking fee, there is
no restocking fee if we make the mistake.
Unless otherwise stated we do not pay for return shipping charges
and we do not pay any labor cost. If you have trouble with any of our items,
please call us immediately so we can see what we can be done to help you
out.
Refunds are issued within 30 days and management reserves the right
to make all final decisions.
Management also reserves the right to amend
any guarantee at the time of sale at any time.
We sell our Goldwing parts, because we like the customers. Our
goal is to offer a large variety of hard to find top quality new and used parts
that help to get our customers bikes, back on the road again...
