OUR GUARANTEE  

All used parts are inspected and tested to make sure they are in good working order before being removed from the bikes.  We do not sell junk and we back this statement with the following guarantee (s):

1) All parts (except electrical parts and used engines) have a 7-day guarantee if the part fails within that time you must notify us for a return authorization number. You then can return the part for a full refund less the shipping charges paid.  Once we issue a return authorization number you must return the part within 7 days.

All used electrical parts come with a 48-hour guarantee.  Once you receive the part you must install it and make sure that it works within that time.  If the part does not work, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the part and we will issue you a return authorization number.  The part must be returned within 7 days, in the original box it was sent to you in, along with the original invoice inside the box.   
 
3) If you do not like the part we send you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the part and we will issue you a return authorization number so you can return the part for a full refund less the shipping charges paid.  Once we issue a return authorization number you must return the part within ten days

4) Used engines come with a 30-day no fail guarantee; if the part fails within that time you must notify us for a return authorization number. You then can return the part for a full refund less the shipping charges paid.  Once we issue a return authorization number you must return the part within 10 days.

All new aftermarket starters, stators, or rectifier / regulators come with a one year guarantee. If the part fails within that time you must notify us for a return authorization number. You then can return the part for a full refund less the shipping charges paid.  Once we issue a return authorization number you must return the part within ten days.

Unless otherwise stated we do not pay for return shipping charges and we do not pay any labor cost. If you have trouble with any of our items, please call us immediately so we can see what we can be done to help you out. 

Refunds are issued within 30 days and management reserves the right to make all final decisions.

Management also reserves the right to amend any guarantee at the time of sale; all guarantees are printed on your parts invoice, which is place on or in your box before being shipped to you.
